All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs and Import Duties
Please note that as of 2025, the US De Minimis exemption no longer applies to products shipped from China. Orders may be subject to US import duties and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
MysticGems is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@themysticgems.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
