We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

As of 2025, the United States has removed the De Minimis exemption for products shipped from China. This means your order may be subject to import duties upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Are your crystals natural?
Yes! All our crystals and gemstones are 100% natural. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, and size — that's what makes them special.
How should I cleanse my crystals?
Cleansing removes built-up energy so your crystals can work at their best. Popular methods include placing your stones under moonlight overnight, smudging them with sage or palo santo smoke, or using sound (like a singing bowl) to clear their energy. Choose whichever method feels right to you — there's no single "correct" way.
